Asparagus with chicken breast and curry sauce

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 200 g asparagus
  • oil
  • salt
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • curry spice

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the chicken breast until tender.
  2. Fry it on both sides for a few minutes until golden brown.
  3. Peel the asparagus and put it in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Then fry it on both sides until a crust appears.
  4. Place the asparagus on a plate and top with the chicken breast, cut into several pieces.
  5. Add the sauce. It is easy to cook: boil the carrots, grind them with a blender to a puree consistency, add cream, salt and curry, and then bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly.
