White Asparagus and Roasted Peppers Salad

This tender salad with spicy sauce will definitely impress you and your guests.

Peppers are not cheap in spring, so for 3-4 portions only one or even half a pepper is enough. Clean it, cut into slices and bake in the oven in foil until the skin will turn black. Then put in a plastic bag for 5 minutes so it will be easier to peel the skin (or dip in a cold water). Cut peppers into small pieces for a salad.

Meanwhile boil peeled white asparagus in salted water for 3-5 minutes. Then cut asparagus shoots in 3-4 cm pieces.

Prepare a salad dressing: olive oil, Tabasco sauce (a few drops), wine vinegar and a pinch of salt.

Mix ingredients and a salad is ready to be served!
