Risotto with green asparagus and smoked trout

Oh yes, this is another magical gourmet recipe that makes you feel like a real chef.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g vialone nano rice
  • 200 g of green asparagus
  • 100g smoked trout
  • ½ white onion
  • meat broth
  • butter
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Method

  1. Wash the green asparagus, chop off the wood ends and cut the sprout into small pieces.
  2. Sautè the chopped onion in a small amount of butter and olive oil. Add asparagus to the sautéed onion and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the rice to the same pot and keep adding boiling broth as needed. Cook for 13-15 minutes.
  4. Add the julienned smoked trout and mix it up gently.
  5. Season to taste, cream the rice with a knob of butter and serve hot.
