Grilled green asparagus

Green asparagus can be cooked not only on the barbecue grill, but also on the grill pan at home. And the atmosphere of a picnic is guaranteed!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of green asparagus
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt, lemon and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Cut off woody root ends of the asparagus.
  2. Preheat the grill to the maximum temperature.
  3. Oil the stalks or sprinkle olive oil on asparagus. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Grill for 2 - 3 minutes or until it’s ready.
  5. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
