Asparagus with vegan Hollandaise sauce

  • green asparagus
  • 1 tbsp. cashew
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • ¼ tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp. turmeric
  • ½ tbsp. black salt
  • 1 tbsp. seasoning garlic
  • ⅛ tbsp. cayenne pepper

Cooking method:

  1. Cashews need to be soaked either overnight or for an hour in hot water.
  2. Rinse nuts, place in blender with all other ingredients and mix until creamy.
  3. Send the mixture to a saucepan and put on the fire, stirring to boil until thickened.
  4. Simmer the asparagus in a water bath for 5-8 minutes.
  5. Put the asparagus on a plate and pour over the prepared sauce.
