Asparagus and mozzarella toasts

A quick and easy recipe of a healthy hot asparagus toast from @kirievskyfoodblog. To cook this gourmet snack you’ll only need 10 minutes.

  • 2 slices of toast bread
  • 10 stalks of green asparagus
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese
  • olive oil
  • clove of garlic
  • lemon juice
  • black pepper
  • salt

Cooking method:

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Peel the asparagus and place in boiling water for 4 minutes. Then put in ice water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and lemon juice, add grated garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the asparagus over the toast and top with the chopped mozzarella. Put the toast in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese.
