Asparagus with vegan Hollandaise sauce

Ingredients:
- green asparagus
- 1 tbsp. cashew
- 1 tbsp. water
- ¼ tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tbsp. turmeric
- ½ tbsp. black salt
- 1 tbsp. seasoning garlic
- ⅛ tbsp. cayenne pepper
Cooking method:
- Cashews need to be soaked either overnight or for an hour in hot water.
- Rinse nuts, place in blender with all other ingredients and mix until creamy.
- Send the mixture to a saucepan and put on the fire, stirring to boil until thickened.
- Simmer the asparagus in a water bath for 5-8 minutes.
- Put the asparagus on a plate and pour over the prepared sauce.
