This is a lunch recipe that can be cooked in 15 minutes. And it also contains so much healthy ingredients — just magic! Cook asparagus with scallops with the food blogger agent_avo's recipe.
Ingredients:
- green asparagus
- avocado
- scallops (or shrimp or fish)
- salt pepper
- olive oil
- For the sauce:
- 4 tbsp. of white miso pasta
- 1 tbsp. of Mirin rice sauce
- 2 tbsp. of rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. of sesame oil
- grated ginger
- lime juice
Cooking method:
- Simmer the asparagus in a water bath for 5-8 minutes.
- Fry the scallops in olive oil in a well-heated frying pan for a couple of minutes on each side.
- For the sauce, combine all ingredients.
- Mash the avocado with a fork, add oil, salt and pepper.
- Combine everything in one dish, decorate with seeds, microgreen and edible flowers.
